Archive with search function
By using the convenient archive function, all back issues can be viewed online just like the current issue. You can indicate whether or not each publication is to be placed in the archive in the Online Touch Content Management System. If desired, you can divide the archive into sub-archives, for example, into volumes. All archived issues can be viewed in lifelike fashion using the archive screen in the actual publication and/or in a separate archive page on your website. If desired, the archive can be password protected.
Eye-catching presentation
Various presentation options for an archive are available from Online Touch that you can apply ‘as is’: a dynamic/turning rotator or a static list layout of the cover images of the publications in the archive. At the same time you can insert an extra search function that makes the entire archive searchable. The search result includes a recognisable cover page icon of the publication and the page where the key word is found to allow quick browsing to the desired page. The archive presentation and search function can easily be designed in your house style, applied and your archive works! As soon as you move a publication to the archive in the Content Management System, it is immediately accessible via the archive page.
